1. The Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the date your item was delivered to request a return.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective seals intact.

You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

Custom or personalized products (Custom bottles, Custom Blend).

Personal care and hygiene items (like opened cosmetics or swimwear).

Gift cards.

Items marked as Final Sale.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at muskalrabi@gmail.com with your order number and photographic proof of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Securely pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs

For Defective/Damaged Items: Return shipping is entirely free. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.

6. Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to notify you that we have received it and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original method of payment. Please allow [5-10] business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
